Enabling digital transformation – a webinar for Confindustria Bulgaria

We were invited to share our know-how with the Italian entrepreneurs on a webinar organized by Confindustria Bulgaria. Under the topic “Enabling digital transformation in your organization”, our founders – Boyan Yankov and Iva Misheva presented useful tools and a user-centric approach for developing digital innovations.

Since 2019 we have implemented an innovative product design process – Digital Product Lab, which helps to de-risk digital innovation and to fast-track the development of digital products. In the pandemic year of 2020, when digital transformation became a must in the whole world because of lockdowns, and the entrepreneurs were careful with their investments, this co-creative consultancy process proved its effectiveness and brought to life several digital products in MedTech, AgriTech, and Aviation.
